The XGP-1 Pipeline Detector (Pipeline Crawling Machine), one of the crack detection instruments, is the X-Ray testing machine developed and produced by our company. It is mainly used for the inspection of transportation pipeline for gas, oil and coal. By radiating around itself, the X-Ray tube inspects a welded joint by one exposure, which greatly enhances the working efficiency and reduces operators labor intensity.This machine characterizes in small size, light weight, non touch point, PLC controlling, easy handling and stable and reliable in operation, which can be used to examine the welded joints of the pipelines with different calibers. It can give pre-work training to the X-Ray producer and have automatic protection functions including automatic drawing back from any obstacles and insufficient battery capacities, and other reactions for over and lack pressures.

Compositions
The crawling machine is mainly composed by X-Ray machine, controlling system, driving car, positioning system, battery piles and chargers.
1. X-Ray machine: used in producing X-Ray beam, which may expose and radiograph the tested spots by penetrating the objectives.
2. Controlling system: used in controlling the operation of the machine.
3. Driving car: used in providing power for the moving of whole machine.
4. Positioning system: used in accurately localizing the welded joints.
5. Battery pile: a battery pile, which provides power for entire machine, composes the power source.
6. Charger: charger for battery pile.
